1964 Dodge 880 Convertible 1964 Dodge 800 Convertible. This car is the Dodge 50th anniversary car. It has won multiple awards at auto shows, including 1st place in class at Charlotte Auto Fair, Lowes Motor Speedway. The car has also been featured in the July 2009 edition of Hemmings Classic Car magazine. This car has a 265hp 361cubic inch motor. It has push button, automatic transmission. The car currently has 68000 miles on it. I do have a parts car that can be included. This is a rare car as there were only 1058 originally manufactured. I do have all the parts and service manuals that will come with the car.
I found this car advertised in the local newspaper in 1996. It had been completely disassembled(father/son project never finished) and all the parts were stuffed into piles of boxes. Anything that could have been removed was. I bought the car because it was a convertible and it was different. The engine and transmission had already been reworked, so I had the car painted and re-chromed. I discovered a few missing parts but was able to locate those. The car's ride is unbelievably smooth, it handles great and is a real blast to drive. At this time I would rate the car in averaged to above average condition. Contact Information: Chris W.
